Our Process Includes:
1. Employment Application and Interview

It is important for us to understand your skills and goals. You will need to complete an employment application which asks for detailed information regarding job skills, work experience, education, employment references, etc.
We will also need to bring appropriate documentation (including a picture ID) that shows your eligibility to work in the United States. Examples of acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license or government-issued ID, passport, work visa, military ID card, etc.
If you have a current resume, please bring it along to your interview.
2. Interview and Skills Assessment
During the interview, we will gather information about your abilities, work and personal experiences, preferences, and the type of position you are seeking. 3. Tour and Orientation
Depending on the position that we select you for, you may attend an assessment workshop or a tour and orientation during which you will receive:
- An Orientation Guide overview
- A site tour
- A discussion about job duties and expectations and site-specific safety issues
For many positions, this Tour and Orientation ensures that you have the information you need to be successful.
